Overview: This product is used in papermaking, paint, rubber, plastics, adhesives, food, medicine, electrical and other industries. When manufacturing light-colored products, light-colored rosin needs to be used.

Refined light-colored rosin is obtained by refining rosin or gum rosin as raw materials. The refining adopts vacuum and reduced pressure distillation process to obtain products with XC, XB and XA color grades. The key to refining technology is as follows:

1. Utilize the principle that rosin has a "thermal bleaching" effect at high temperatures, and control the heating temperature at 250-270°C.

2. Remove impurities such as oxidized resin acid and neutral oil that can increase the color of rosin under high vacuum.

3. Refining is carried out under the protection of inert gas high-purity nitrogen. Hot rosin can easily deepen its color. During the heating, melting and distillation process of rosin, it should be protected with high-purity nitrogen or other inert gases.

4. Use thermal oil as the heating medium to make heating even and easy to control and prevent the color from deepening.

Refined light-colored rosin is a solid natural resin. Appearance: light yellow, transparent or crystalline solid. Refined light-colored rosin is divided into first, second and third grade, and its technical index should comply with the provisions of the industry standard LY/T1065-92 of the People's Republic of China.
